Dealt with Lee-Ann Paul to lodge a fault on my new front loader She was pleasant n friendly n very clear n ewat to understand. She assisted me and ensured I could get my machine fixed in asap due to long weekend. It was by first time dealing with a hisense customer care rep that was so efficient n so eager Lee-Ann assisted me after after I was let down by another customer care agebt whose name I did not get, who took down my complaint the Thursday at 2;45pm n said she would call me back before 4pm to.get further details and never did.
