Worst service ever!!! I experienced a deep dissatisfaction and disappointment regarding the manner in which my grandmother's washing machine warranty has been handled by your game store and Hisense.

On Black Friday Novemver of 2020, I purchased a washing machine as a gift for my grandmother, order number *** from game store, with a warranty period of 3 years as outlined in the purchase agreement. Unfortunately, the washing machine has been experiencing serious issues recently, rendering it inoperable.

I reported the issue to your store on 13 of August 2023 seeking assistance in accordance with the warranty terms. Despite several follow-ups and promises of prompt resolution, my concerns have not been adequately addressed. The lack of action and communication has not only inconvenienced my grandmother who is an elderly person, but has also caused a significant disruption in her daily routine.
