Game and Hisense worst Retail Shops Ever!!!!

I am so disgusted with the brand HISENSE I will never ever recommend this brand to anyone I know never. I bought their fridge from Game Stores worth R12999 which stopped working without even completing 6 months. I called Game stores to let them know of the problem. I was informed that an email was sent to Hisense. Hisense sent a reference to Game. Up to this day I have never received any call from Hisense to tell me that a technician has been sent to check the problem of the refrigerator. The way I am fed up I just want my money from Game. GAME and HISENSE must talk on how to pay each other. Yhuuuu! Game and Hisense are the worst retail shops ever. There's no cooperation whatsoever they enjoy taking our monies and leave us struggling when we encounter problems.
