Frustrated

I am having issues with a return of a microwave that I purchased through Takealot. I was told to contact Hisense, to which I did, I was then told to contact Takealot, and back and forth since.

The microwave is not starting up at all. Hisense cannot seem to help me, neither can Takealot. The microwave is about 7 months, however I cannot seem to claim a warranty.
