Frigde warranty

Good day

Am very disappointed with your service, firstly am told lights are not covered on warranty fine so where can I get this kind of a light am told only at hisense and only the technicians can buy it. When the technicians called me am told I also need to pay a call out fee so all in all I need to pay R600+ to get the light. Can someone please explain to me the warranty thing? I mean if am paying for the repairs myself what does the word warranty mean?

We were told not to bring the appliances to the shop, someone will be sent to us for repairs little did we know that we have to pay for that. If this how your so called Warranty works than am never buying any of your appliances ever again.
