fridge with factory fault

We bought a Hisense fridge at Game Eastgate on the 02/04/2015 for R8000. The fridge was delivered on the 04/04/2015. The light never worked and when we reported it they brought someone to fix it, that person left scratches on the fridge as he had to open it up and that is unacceptable. The fridge is supposed to be new with no factory faults and should be replaced. Really dissapointed with the service and I hope the matter gets resolved.
