Fridge using more electricity than Advertized
After I notified Macro they sent a guy to say the fridges work. I then I contacted Hisense themselves
I used the Radiant Power Meter to calculate the Kilowatt hours per year on the old Kitchen fridge and it worked out to be 871 and 901 for the two tests.
I then bought the Hisense H359BME(333kwpa) and tested this as well and got readings of :- 880 and 890,
The old Study fridge had a reading of 448 and I replaced that as well with a Hisense (299L) which is giving a reading of 763 .
I also bought the 220l for my son which I have not tested.
I posted an email to this effect on the 8th of April, then phoned Hisense on the 14th of April since I got no response, and then emailed the contact. On 25 April I emailed again to find out if there was any news. Got no response so phone a day or so later. Still no feed back on my complaint.
What concerns me is that Hisense is not concerned that I am of the opinion that they are advertising there products to be more green than they actually are. In fact worse that very old fridges and based on there adverts I bought their produces.
