Fridge not working

Bought a hisense H720FS-WD fridge, first one was delivered , it wasn't powering on, it was picked up the second one was delivered and started giving issues, I still have a issue and nobody has got back to me even after numerous attempts. My food is even going off cause of this **** pathetic service from the game store and hisense
