FORMAL COMPLAINT AND DEMAND FOR REFUND/REPLACEMENT UNDER THE CPA – HISENSE 541L SBS FRIDGE

I am writing this complaint regarding a Hisense 541L Side-by-Side (SBS) fridge that I purchased from your HiFi Corp branch at Princess Mkabayi Mall in Vryheid on 9 June 2026, on 1 September 2026, the fridge completely stopped working. We thoroughly verified the electrical connections and confirmed that the plug and wall sockets are fully functional; the issue lies entirely within the appliance itself. This premium appliance has catastrophically failed in a mere two months of normal domestic use. I lodge my case in store, head office (hifi corp) and Hisense till to date no assesst. I have to throw all my meat and food from the fridge and eat my sorrows.
