Faulty washing machine

My mom bought I washing machine and of late it breaks down alot. Hisense send out technicians to come and check out the washing machine. Had to wait 26 days for a belt that they needed to order. 2 days after replacing the belt the machine start acting up again. This time it does not drain away the water. Report it to the store again. Now we will most probably will have to wait till next year before a technician shows up to assess the problem and other month for a part. Bad service from Hisense
