I bought a Hisense TV on the 19th of May 2020 from a Game store Centurion and in January 2021 the TV just switched off by itself, instead of powering on, it flickers and stays off. I reported the matter to Hisense SA and they sent a technician to pick the TV set up for repairs. A Hisense technician advised that the panel was faulty and took the TV in for repairs. About 4-5 weeks later they delivered the TV set and advised that all is well and that I shouldn't experience any further issues.
It is now the 18th of April 2021, hardly 3months after repairs I'm experiencing the same issue, the TV set switched off by itself and continues to flicker instead of powering on. It has not been 12 months since I've purchased this TV set and it has to go in for the 2nd time to be repaired.
Why do you sell faulty TV sets to clients? I will now be inconvenienced for the next 4-5 weeks to repair this TV set. Its apaulling that we have to spend so much money on TV's that constantly need repairs. 1 repair is a fault, going for 2 means damaged goods. They wont even provide feedback, you constantly need to call them to find out the status of the repair.
