Faulty product and no reaponse

Sooooooo dissapointed with Hisense, All of my products bought in the last 4 years was wit them. I bought a washing machine less than 10 days ago and it is not working like it should and wasting water while washing. Please assiste me as I am not willing to wait 21 business days for you to test or fix it as it is brand new
