Faulty Hisense Double Door Fridge – 3 Breakdowns in Less Than a Year!

I bought a Hisense double door fridge (cash purchase) from Hifi Corp Mall of Africa in December 2024, and it has been nothing but trouble.

The fridge stopped working towards the end of July 2025, and HiFi Corp sent technicians to fix it in early August. Then again, in October 2025, I had to report the same issue because the fridge was not cooling properly. It took a week before another technician was sent.

Now, on 11 November 2025, the fridge has stopped working again. This is the third breakdown in less than a year!

I bought this product from HiFi Corp trusting both HiFi Corp and Hisense as reputable brands, but this experience has been a complete nightmare. It’s unacceptable for a new fridge to keep breaking down repeatedly.

I am need a permanent solution not another temporary repair.
