Faulty Hisense cellphone taking forever to repair

<p>I bought a Hisense 21972 cellphone on the 15th of July 2016 @ Jet store in Portshepstone IMEI ********** ********** 6 and it started giving me problems of not working well,I then sent it back for repairs in December but came back with other problems I left it at the store the very same day,up to now I haven't got my cellphone yet I bought it because I needed it. I no longer want that cellphone as I don't trust I will last me due to these numerous repairs within a short period,but I now need it to be replaced with a new one urgently as I have waited so long</p>
