Faulty Fridge, Poor Service. **** Hisense

Hi, i have bought Hisense double door fridge at Makro and the other side is no longer functining. i then logged a call on the 15th November 2021. Their technician came to fix it but to my surprise he said there is a faulty part. He will come back and replace it after 3 days. I am still awaiting him to come back even today and when i called their call center number everyone just inform me that they are waiting for the spare parts. its been a month now waiting for their technician to come back and replace the faulty parts.

Hisense is ****. Danm poor service.
