Faulty fridge

Purchased a fridge from Makro Springfield on 14/04/2018. The fridge was faulty from the beginning. Your technicians have come out to repair it before but now for the final straw the parts started to fall out of the water dispenser. This is terrible and dangerous as a person could get choked and possibly die from your malfunctioning products. It is also impossible to get through to your call centre to report a fault.
