Faulty cooker hood

I bought and installed a cooker hood. I noticed that its faulty then I called their help line. They advices that I send an email with all details including the receipt and model number which I did. They only provided me with a ticket number for reference but have not gotten back to me to assist me. And calling to follow up, I wait on the line for 30 minutes only for my calls to be hanged up!
