Faulty cellphone

<p>I have a Hisense cell which operates as it wants and need to send it to Hisense repairs center with no success . This cell has been taken to the shop that i bought it still with the similar problem , battery doesnt last , sim card slot two not operating properly , i need a repair centre in pretoria that i can seend it to nearest repair center to pretoria or someone should come and collect it and arrange a loan cellphone as this phone is really not working as it is supposed to.</p>
