Fast and efficient response to online service requests

I bought a Hisense washing machine in 2023 and to date have needed to lodge to requests for something faulty on the machine. Each time, after logging a request online,I have received a fast and efficient response from Hisense to have someone come out and look at the machine. I would definitely buy a Hisense again, knowing how good they are at honoring their warranties.
