FALSE WARRANTY ADVERTISING - ADVISING NO FAULT FOUND WHEN PROOF WAS PROVIDED

Bought a TV - U7A 2 years ago to which it is still under 3 year warranty + 1 year additional. Reported a Fault on my Display to which the led lights at the bottom of the TV are disrupting the visuals of the tv and there is a small boxs which flashes on the tv quite often that shows the whole tv picture in a small box.

sent warranty team screen shots and recordings of the same. to be told 2 weeks later that no fault was found on the tv and the same will be returned back to me.

Quite disgusting that now i must sit with a not so old tv with bad visuals due to the quality of make of the product and they can do nothing about it...

i advise against anyone buying this brand as you will walk into the same issues when trying to get your tv fixed under their **** warranty on offer
