False advertising, no after sale service

<p>Bought a 65" Smart 3D TV only to find out the TV was NOT so 3D when i unboxed it. I noticed when I could not find the 3D glasses in the box as the product info on their website said was included with accessories. Only remote included inbox. Have sent them an email 2 weeks ago with no reposnse. Aweful after sale service. Never again will i purchase a Hi-sense product !!!</p>
