False advertising? I won't know cause no-one is addressing the issue

I wish it was possible to give a zero rating. False advertising relating to their 28l Airfryer. I have been trying for over a month to get an answer whether they are actively advertising incorrect specifications, or do I have a faulty unit. I still don't have an answer, and been following up daily, with NO response from their SERVICE department. SERVICE my nostril!
