False advertising

Bought a Hisense U40 smartphone and on the ad it was said that you can use a usb stuck with the phone. Usb doesn't work at all and when I requested drivers for the usb to work I was told they don't have them, so now I have no idea where to get them when the manufacturer of the phone tells me they don't have them.
