False 58inch 4K uhd tv
I was advised by a Hisense consultant to send an email to this address regarding my matter.
In 2016 I purchased a brand new TV from Makro in Alberton l, Johannesburg for R12 899
When I was on the hunt for the Perfect TV to put in our first home I was convinced by the Hisense representative to purchase this TV on the day of launch.
The Tv was indicated to be a 58 inch 4K uhd led smart tv where this detail is also indicated on the slip.
To find that I have bought uhd 4K appliances for example 1 being the PlayStation 4 pro which requires a tv to have the above specs, this does not work.
I was then informed my TV is not a uhd 4K tv as it was sold to me and as indicated in my receipt.
I was also told by a Hisense consultant that 4K uhd tv was not released up until last year, which means I was sold a false product by a Hisense representative and I paid R13 000 for a tv that is nothing more than the average tv. I was also informed by the Hisense consultant that uhd didn’t release by them until last year and 4K was not released with them in 2016 so selling nothing but false information
