F u Hisense

Please do not buy any appliance from Hisense.

Bought a fridge 6 months ago,and has broken twice in this time.The aftercare at this company is horrible. Reported(appliance still under warranty) . After I enquired this morning about the whereabouts of this so called technician,I was told that I must wait.This is after I have already waited 3 days for them to call me.Now I have to wait 6 days for somebody to call!!! We are talking about a family of 4 that is sitting without a fridge for 6 f...... days!!!! I asked the person ,how am I going to get reimbursed, as I have to through meat and other products away due to a faulty machine hisense manufactured? You know what the answer was? She hang up the phone!!! Highly unprofessional!! Your product and service sucks!!! Do not buy their ****!!!!
