Extremely disappointed

I hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with your televisions, particularly concerning the issues I have encountered with your extended warranty policy. Historically, I have chosen to purchase your products under the assumption that they would be both reliable and enduring. Regrettably, I have found this not to be the case; following the expiration of the four-year warranty, the performance and durability of the television have significantly declined.
This unfortunate situation has recurred on three separate occasions, leading me to conclude that it is an issue which merits your attention in order to enhance customer satisfaction and confidence in your products.
I sincerely hope you will consider this matter earnestly for the benefit of future customers.

A recurring issue that I have encountered on three separate occasions of use, I have experienced sound without accompanying visual output, which suggests that the LCD may have reached the end of its operational lifespan. My issue is that how does this happen so many times, same problem and right after the 4 year warranty?

In all honesty, I feel that the solutions offered do not adequately resolve my problem.
Given the circumstances, I would prefer to purchase a television from a different brand rather than have my Hisense television repaired.
