Excitement that turned into a nightmare
I purchased a Hisense washing machine from Takealot on May 24, 2025, and received it May 28, 2025, i tried to use the machine for the first time Friday evening May 30, 2025, and it didn't work, i then called Hisense Saturday May 31, 2025 and they sent a technician out on Tuesday, the technician told me the computer/ mother board was dead and thus i need to get a credit , since then its been a nightmare to get that washing machine collected and to get a new one , my laundry is piling up and Hisense customer service team has been an absolute nightmare to work with

11 Jun 2025, 16:23I've been waiting for someone to call me and come collect this machine ALL week, your call centre agent Pamela put me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up???? what kind of a business are you ruining there ???? please come fetch your washing machine so i can purchase one from a reputable brand because clearly Hisense is just after people's money and doesn't know how to give good customer service, this is the WORST experience ive ever had with a company
