Excellent support received with regards to my Hisense fridge which was faulty after 20 months use. Calls were promptly tended to and updates given. Received a full refund for the product within 7 days after the fridge was uplifted. Thanks to the Hisense team for dealing with my issue professionally and promptly. Will definitely buy another Hisense product
