Excellent service received from Nhlanhla
Excellent service received from Nhlanhla. He saved me from making a terrible financial decision because of frustration with my query. I called in highly irate because of the service I had received prior. He assured me that he will help get to the bottom of the situation and he did exactly that within 30 minutes. A great ambassador for a household brand. Thank you Nhlanhla! Thank you Hisense! My mom is happy she can finally watch her favorite shows again.
