Excellent Customer Service received from Hisense

Bought a Hisense 65 inch TV at Ermelo Game last year June. Tv started to shou solid white horizontal line across the TV on top of screen. Contacted Hisense service centre and received excellent service. Lady gave me a reference number and told me technicians will come to my house. Few days later they arrived and decided there and then TV should be replaced. Next day Hisense phoned me and sent me an credit note meaning I can go and exchange my TV tomorrow at Game. Excellent customer service. Well done Hisense. Will definitely choose Hisense again.
