E50 disaster phone

Sho so after being loyal to one brand, I finally decided to give Hisense a chance seen that their home products are so good,bought a brand new Hisense E50 and I am so disappointed the phone is 2 weeks old and already broken ,doesn't charge,speaker isn't loud anymore and phone freezing never again.
