double door fridge from hisenses

I bought an Hisense fridge from OUSE AND HOME THE FRIEDGE STOPPED working. The technician comes out and advised after a minute of inspecting the fridge that the motherboard has roaches. I asked him to check the compressor as my own technician is stating that the compressor is not working but Hisense technician is saying that it's the pc board without checking the compressor or anything further. I asked him to state how roaches damaged the pc board without any wires being damaged and he said it happens. To me this is not acceptable as you would like your friesge to stay for years and not stops working withini 3 and a half years. It was not a cheap or second hand fridge and I bought it from House and HOME and this is what I get within 3 years. I believe that Hisense products is not manufactured to last long and when it does give up then they look for all possible reasons not to fix the problem. Frustrated and annoyed and I will never purchase any other Hisense product again
