Don’t waste your money on Hisense

I am so disappointed in the product and service from hHisense. I bought a washer/dryer machine in July, within a few weeks , it just switched off mid cycle and wouldn’t switch on again for hours. It happened a second time , a tech was called. He switched it on and said there was nothing wrong. It has happened again and the machine hasn’t switched on for 2 weeks. The tech came and once again managed to switch it on and also said there’s nothing wrong with it. CLEARLY there’s something wrong and also their test cycles are without soap or clothes. I simply cannot accept this as this machine is obviously faulty and if they can’t figure it out the. I would like a refund and I can get another machine elsewhere. Immediately after talking to the tech , I called back the service centre, I was promised a senior technician but today I get a message saying that the job is complete .HOW
