Don't purchase the appliances

Don't buy hisense appliances. Firstly it breaks within 12 months and secondly when (not if) it breaks its impossible to get through to anyone.

I bought a washing machine on takelot, it broke after 11 months. I then emailed hisense, we corresponded and then nothing. They just asked for the proof of purchase and the serial number and that is where it ended. Their phones don't get through to anyone and their whatsapp chatbot looks like someone is ****ming you - really unprofessional.
