Don't expect help from Hisense Service Centre

I sent a request asking for assistance with time/ temperature control on my new Airfryer. (Remember this product is made in Shang**** Province, China so instructions are translated into very poor English)

The response received from Hisense - "read the manual" Huh. What do you think I did genius..

On a further inquiry asking for more sensible assistance I received a sarcastic message with an attached graph which is totally unrelated to the advice requested.

My last inquiry is yet to be rep**** to.

As an owner of 3 expensive Hisense products I know what NOT to buy next time
