Don’t ever buy a Hisense Product!!!
Warning!!! Don’t ever buy a Hisense Product!!
Our washing machine in the space of 1 Year has been in twice for a warranty claim!
The latest warranty claim was submitted on 20th July! I had to call in to get an update…eventually on 26th July I got a repair Number and was told someone would contact me to come and assess the unit.
When I asked to a time frame I was told it all depends on what part they will need to order as they don’t carry the usual parts with them on repair jobs!
We are now on 31st July, I have still not heard a word from a repairer…I’ve spent R1500 on sending my clothes to the laundry in the past 2 weeks and I’m not even a step closer to having the unit assessed let alone repaired!!
Can someone pls from Hisense contact me on this as your service sucks!!!
