DON'T BUY HISENSE!!! WHEN IT BREAKS YOU'RE ALL ALONE!!!

This Company is a nightmare to work with. Last year, my Hisense TV that I bought between 2022 and 2023 started showing lines on the screen. When I logged a query, they demanded a proof of purchase, I went out of my way to get. They then say I should get information from the shop about who supplies them. Of course the shop would not supply a customer with that information. I asked that they call them, they said it's not part of their job, otherwise I'd have to book the Technician from Hisense and I would have to pay them, whilst the TV is under warranty. I then left them because this was happening over 3 months period, by a Lady named: Lee-anne Paul Senior Representative Hisense SA Sales Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

Now over a week ago, my TV ran an auto-update, after the TV booted. It showed two Hisense logos, dividing the screen into two, then goes blank. Tried restarting and unplugging It but still the same thing, even though the TV plays in the background and the remote works. I reported the incident to Hisense, a person by the name Ntokozo Mchunu (Hisense SA Sales Holdings (Pty) Ltd. 11B Riley Road, Eastwood Office Park, Unit 12, Bedfordview, Johannesburg, RSA, 2191) Responded to my query and asked for pictures and asked why I wanted them to send me the firmware of which I explained when I made the query, my TV screen is black etc, then I sent her all the pictures. After a couple of days, she wants a proof of purchase. A week later. She's asking for the latest firmware on my TV, I mean my screen is black. I explained that to her and sent her all the TV stickers with model 70A7100F and serial numbers for her trace the software need for my TV. EVEN IF IT WAS THE FACTORY FIRMWARE AS LONG AS MY TV WORKS. I then waited for her response. She didn't reply. Fortunately when I spoke to my son about this, he said he wrote it down somewhere a few months back when he was checking if the TV was updated. I then send the Firmware version to Ntokozo Mchunu, she says she wants a picture of it. I mean, my TV is black. How the hell am I supposed to get that? I mean, all I'm asking is the firmware to fix the error caused by their updates, and I would reinstall it myself. Worst part is that, I use the same TV as a PC monitor for work, now I cannot work because of this issue. I don't understand why they treat their clients like this. At the same time, their WhatsApp agents respond after 5 hours and sometimes days, to no progress. I'm never ever going to buy any products from these people. I spent over R20K on buying this 70'' TV when it first arrived. Now to have to deal with their ****, TWICE??? Key Details from the Label * Model/Product Code: 70A7100F/S1Z1 * ICASA Approval Number: TA 2*** * Serial Number: 3TE70F21233S0 1CDMSJ0122
