DONT BUY HISENSE. THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY TO CUSTOMERS

Bought a Hisense dishwasher from takealot end of July 2022. Less than 2 months later the plastic clip that holds the soap latch broke off during a wash cycle and was found in the filter. Made contact with hisense services department to log a warranty claim. Customer service dismissed my claim stating the description does not fall in the scope of the warranty on the appliance, they will not help or repair the machine. This is an obvious manufacturing defect and frankly a small issue to resolve. The lack of service and assistance from hisense indicates that their quality management is worthless and their customer satisfaction is not a priority. DONT BUY HISENSE APPLIANCES, PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GET QUALITY APPLIANCES YOU CAN TRUST.
