Don't buy Hisense products

I've bought a Hisense side by side fridge at Ok furniture Botshabelo Mall in 2024. Then last year November it was no longer cooling, went to the store to report the issues they then escalated it to Hisense repairs, the technician came to fix it yet failed. Even now it's not working it's like they don't care at all they just send technician over and over and he failed several times to repair...
