Don’t buy hisense

I bought a Hisense 50” TV about 3 years ago. The first time it broke was when it was two years old. The whole screen just made green and pink lines. They came and fix it at my house. Now a year later it broke again. I waited almost 4 weeks for them to cone and pick up my TV. They eventually came to pick my tv 5 days ago. I haven’t heard anything from them so yesterday i when to the hisense shop near me and they didn’t even know about my tv. I gave them my number and i was told they will call me back. I paid a lot of money for my tv and i feel that this is unacceptable. For the tv to break 2 times in 3 years and i have to wait a month to get it repaired. And the problem is now the warranty is going to expire and then it just breaks again. And when i tried to find out about extended warranty because the tv keeps on breaking i was given the most rude response from the person working at hisense. Asking me if i work hard and that is how the bosses of hisense go on vacation by making things that break and not by giving extended warranty. I was so shocked i just left. I was a very big hisense fan but i will not recommend anybody buying a hisense. I am deeply disappointed. I don’t like to complain, get angry or write reviews but I don’t know what else to do.
