Dont be fooled by hisense claiming you have a warranty

I have for the last 2 weeks tried in vain to get my washing machine fixed or replaced , I either have to hold on the line for up to 30 minutes to follow up on a job , if not that I am promised that someone will get back to me with feedback as to the issue, which never happens. This is the 2nd time i have had issues with a hisense product , the first was my tv and I had to fix the issue myself as they could not help me. At this moment i can safely say i wouldn't advise anyone to purchase a hisense machine at any cost. My job number is ***
