Iam being held captive by both Hisense and Game Cresta for a faulty fridge which I have purchased.

Do not buy products from Game or Hisense. Their customer service sucks!

Day 19 without a fridge and I have my hands tied. They have no sense of customer care! Disgruntled and disgusted is not even the words to describe how I feel.
