DO NOT PURCHASE A HISENSE FIRDGE

Do no purchase a Hisense fridge. My fridge leaks water from the back which then runs onto the floor. I have informed Hisense of this more than once. A technician came and unblocked a pipe at the back of the fridge as it is still under warranty. This has happened again and after emailing them with my complaint, I am told that the fridge needs MONTHLY cleaning and unblocking - it must be done at the back of the fridge - there is some little pipe that becomes blocked which causes overflow of water. So - if you don't feel like pulling your heavy fridge out of it's place to do a monthly clean - don't buy a Hisense fridge. Or any Hisense product for that matter because they are selling the product under false pretense. No salesman will explain this monthly cleaning routine to you. It is on page 16 of the user manual. So read the entire manual in the shop before purchasing a Hisense product.
