Do NOT buy items from Hisense

Worst experience I’ve ever received as a customer. I bought a dishwasher on the 30th of April 2022, it broke down in less than 3 months. I have notified the store where I boy it and they promptly assisted me to log a call. It took almost 3 weeks after several phone calls for Hisense to respond. They promised to send a technician the following day. A guy called around 16H00 and told me he is on the way. I waited until past 7 evening and I called to check if he is still coming and he said yes. I told him that because I’m a female with kids I’m NOT comfortable having a stranger particularly a male figure in my house at that time and requested that they come the following day. They promised to come and they never came. It’s over 4 weeks now and my dishwasher is still faulty. I’ve called them several times trying to understand the problem but they are giving me a run around. I wish I followed my instincts and bought Bosch instead of listening to the store sales manager who advised me to buy Hisense. I WIll never buy or advise anyone to buy item from HISENSE!!!!!!
