**** service. Worst ever. Waiting for over a month and only now find out that the warranty will not be honored. Have had no response from this company at all during this time and had to chase them continuously. Don't even think about calling the office number. It never goes through. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. Stick with LG and Samsung. Up until know even though they have refused to honor the guarantee the product has still not been returned. To make matters worse the screen went blank with only sound. They are now saying that the screen is cracked. DODGE A BULLET AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... If I do not receive my tv by tomorrow a charge of theft will be laid against this company at the local police station.
