Do not buy Hisense washing machine the after sales is a disappointment.

Ive had a problem with my front loader washing machine not releasing softner, after the technician came and told me my machineis not releasing because of the warm water connection. Ive change the connection and still my washing machine is not releasing softner, its a brand new machine. Ive report again and to date ive received no feedback from Hisense. Im so disappointed in trying Hisense and not just stick to the Samsung or Bosch brand. Do not buy Hisense Front loader the after sales support is a disappointment.
