Do not buy Hisense products

I was told to send an email requesting a technician's call to fix my fridge. Got a ticket number and 10 days later no call. So I called them two days ago and was told I am no 2 inline, then was number one, and a voicemail asked for my cell number and that someone will call me. Still waiting. They must be the worst business to deal with. Will never buy any products from that brand again.
