DO NOT BUY HISENSE - NO SERVICE

Worst service EVER - Its been a month and no response from anyone at Hisense. I bought a brand new 18kg washing machine 7 months ago, it smells like plastic burning and the machine does not want to spin properly and it struggles to drain water. I have been calling and emailing and not a single response from them. Appalling service is a understatement, I feel like I want to go and dump this machine at their front door. They dont even respond to Hello Peter reviews, tells you a lot about a company.
