DO NOT BUY HISENSE APPLIANCES !!!!
I bought a 9KG washing machine . It hasn’t even been one month and it broke down , when calling for repairs they are saying it’s my fault I didn’t remove a certain part(which was not even red taped) so I will pay for the parts . I was willing even though it doesn’t make sense but this is the 2nd week with no quotation or parts ! What a horrible experience

14 Sept 2021, 17:55Infact I’m so upset , because even their consultants are so rude . The lady who was on the call with me even said “you’re angry and shouting for no reason” I became hysterical! Yoh I hate that I might have just lost my money 😭
