DO NOT BUY A HISENSE TV - NO AUTOMATIC UPDATE FACILITY

I used to watch Showmax on our Hisense tv. Then all of a sudden I could not watch anymore. So Showmax told me it is my tv. So after a lot of struggle I had to update my tv manually and then they said it would work. Whick I did. And still I cannot watch Showmax. The people of HQ contacted me and I had to explain to them what my problem is. And now a week later, they did not even respond to my problem. Not even let me know that they received my e-mail. No one of them really give it their all when I started having this problem and they do not read your mails as what you ask. I had a big hassle just to download and unzip the file to use to update the tv. So now I cannot watch Showmax anymore and no on gives a damn.
